I love sprouts on my sandwiches too. What kind of bread do you eat with your sandwiches? Ive been buying Whole Wheat Pita or Flat bread for sandwiches & pizzas.

Groceries look delicious! There is a store here in Missouri called Aldis and thet is where I pick up most of my fruits and vegetables at a low price. Pineapples are .99 and I just about went crazy! I am looking forward to the green water video. Trying diligenly with God's help to release the weight and incorporate a healthier way of eating. Nice video!
