it does speed up, if you want to know exactly how fast it is I'd recommend watching Koloxids FC video of this, the pad noise makes it kinda easy to hear where it speeds up.

Yeah, I can see now that at the very end of it it gets very slightly faster, but when you're playing it it's almost imperceptible.
