What!!! Somebody who doesn't know who Chip Resse was is exactly the guy I want sitting at my table. It's the guy who says I learned everything I know from watching Reese play who I'd rather give up poker, lol.
I was playing the night this happend, and I couldnt believe they did this, it shows what a real genius this guy was, i hope you guys know his story, that he did not set out to be a card player, he just happend to find out that he was one when he strolled to vegas, just a natural.
Why is it odd? I think it was a befitting gesture, and one that shows that Fulltilt is fully committed to the game of poker by paying respect to the passing of one of it's great players. At at time when playing this game is becoming increasingly besieged in the U.S. This was not on wonderful gesture on Fulltilts part, but also one that helps reassure that no matter what draconian legislation crazy conservative politicians try to pass U.S. players will still have a place to play online.
