You may not be deprived of life,liberty,or property without due process of law. It is in the bill of rights two times. To fine us for not buying a product they must arrest, and prosecute us in front of a jury of our peers. If a tax for not buying a product,they could tax us for not buying a Gov.Motors Volt. Or electricity from a wind mill.Or Nutrisystem.
