I like this thinking very much but I do wonder about the aspect above that of self destruction. I'e you want more and expect more than the global boat can build within the short time demanded and as a result you get a more egotistical compensative and crises based hole filler as opposed to the best well thought out developments as to make the demands of human progress viable in the most efficient time.

I'm just say stupidity might actually be a factor causing more problems.
