@SamND967 That's our Itagaki, the guy has an ego trip but he does know how to make games and has a great manifesto on developing them (even if he doesn't follow it). Besides Itagaki actually likes Tekken until 4 came out and namco insulted DOA2, just recently Itagaki and Harada have started to make amends to the rivalry.

i think that Itagaki has worked on good projects like DOA & ninja gaiden but i think he has a lot of jealousy towards other fighting games like tekken, SF,MK ect...which is why he critisizes them i mean seriously just because these games are doing better with sales worldwide as game series than the games he worked on there is no need to get dickish about it. i can admit if someone is doing well or better than myself so whats the fuss about just be glad that people like your work Itagaki.

Going from PS1 to PS2 that was a big - y'know, leap forward.... Going from 360 to PS3 is not as great of a leap.
