to remove, get spybot search & destroy. Then unplug your internet connection. Undo the system restore and search for errors on spybot. Its GONE :D

it's not as easy to remove as it sounds..that shit is polymorphic; it changes its form and stops antivirus programs from detecting it, when you get that shit you're fucked and the best option is to backup your docs and reformat

Best option is to download whatever virus protection thats quick an easy to use such as Ad-Aware or Spybot S&D and then unplug your network connection which will stop the continuing downloading of even more viruses and scan.

one variant can simply be detected/deleted but when it downloads more, it's very bad.. also if it downloads Trojan.Zlob, you're fucked

i recommend SUPERAntiSpyware and Spybot-S&D for removing spyware/adware (including many variants of vundo) and AntiVir for removing everything else (viruses, duhh) =)

Download AVG(Detects bad links and full system scan)

Download Spybot Search and Destroy (Deletes IMMEDIATE Threats. Etc. Virtumonde.)

Restart in SAFE MODE. (Start>Run>type msconfig and click ok>BOOT.INI>Check /SAFEMODE)

Do scans with both AVG and spybot.

Delete what comes up.

Reboot your computer once more. (Uncheck /SAFEMODE from ms config first.)

Do the scans once more. Should come clean.

Download VundoFix and follow these steps.

1. Disable System Restore

2. Restart your computer and keep pressing F8 until the boot screen appears.

3. Select "Safe Mode"

4. Run VundoFix while in Safe Mode

5. Once you get rid of Vundo, restart your computer to normal mode and enable System Restore.

6. Run a scan with Spybot S&D or avast!. If Vundo/Virtumonde pops up again, repeat step 1.

If VundoFix can't remove Vundo/Virtumonde, please register at Spybot S&D forum or avast! forum.

-I had Avast! Vapsup and other trojan alerts

-I ran vundofix

-the VundoFix can't found the file, just the TrojanHunter founds.

-I reinstalled the windows, and now i don't install Daemon Tools.
