Hi!I just wondering about u renting out ur place in Playa Calatagan. We own a property in Playa too and it was said in the contract that we are not allowed to rent out the place for exclusivity? I hope it 's posible to do this things coz that would be great for us too to rent our place since are out of the country most of the time. can you give me more infos about legalities of renting it out.
