Nice video - just a question, say the patient had pneumonia in the lower left lung, would that be easily distinguishable in a chest X-ray like this from normal heart tissue? I guess then you would take another x-ray from a different angle perhaps?
think of consolidation as wall. imagine you put your ear on the wall, listening to the neighbouring room, sound waves travel better through wall (consolidation) than air= increased breath sounds:) the opposite occurs when there's fluid around. imagine you're underwater, you wouldn't hear what ppl are saying outside the swimming pool= decreased breathing sounds:)

i have had pneumonia for 6 weeks and at night when i wheeze its sounds horrible i woke my self up i just finished warching a scary movie
