  • enjoyed the video and found your instructional techniques sound and innovative. I wonder what it would be like at half speed, lower intensity to all the feeling.

  • In my opinion, you are missing the most important point for such a stretch. The Psoas is attache on the Lombar spin, as you mentioned. But in order to realy strech it it is essential that you keep your lombar spine straight/posterior. You started well with your explanation of droping the tail bone but as soon as you put your hand on your lower back, your lumbar spine curve back inside your body, reducing the potential strech of the psoas...

And why do you have a knif in your right pocket?

  • @InfiniQi Thanks for watching! I checked your Qigong vid. I assert you'll find the key to your hip discomfort if you let go of the idea that you're lengthening your psoas by straightening your lumbar curve. Psoas spans from lesser trochanter (inner thigh) all the way up to intertwine with your diaphragm @ T-12. This is the convex side of the lumbar curve. Our bodies straighten curves by tightening the convex side. You suggest the opposite. A Rolfer can help you find these feelings.
