I have a great story. In my high school, there was this girl that grew up in a horrible family. She had piercings everywhere, black hair, black everything, obviously hurting. She hung out with the wrong crowd, and always was in trouble. One day, her boyfriend pushed her into into a wall (by accident), and she got knocked out. But she woke up and was okay, at least they thought. She died in her sleep that night. I find out, 1 week before, she went to my friends church and got saved. :D
This is a powerful song! We (the Church) must not over look the people right in our churches that are hurting and crying out for help. My prayer is that God help's me as a pastor to be used by God.
There's so many people like this girl on the video. aunts, uncles, mothers,fathers, son, daughter,friends and nieghbors, who are invisible in the world, who need some help, but pride is in the way to seek help. Lord help us all.
This makes me think of one of my friends... he is very active within our church. he was even a group leader, but hes been thinking a little of feelings about the same sex... hes a good kid and our youth pastor yelled at him and kicked him out of the group leader position just because my friend thought he may begin to have had homosexual feelings. it makes me upset!

@kikatvanillna Well I hope you didn't do that ,suicide is a terrible feeling ,I nearly had every problem there is, suicide was one of them,But Jesus saved me ,It took alot of prayer and reading the bible going to church and telling people what Jesus was doing for me ,even though it may seem bad Jesus can help you and make you whole again.

I can relate. At 17 I was the girl with the momentary lapse of reason. For the next 8 months I was the one being judged. Sadly the ones doing a lot of the judging were those I attended church with. I'm saved myself and it was so disappointing to see how my "fellow Christians" threw such judgement on me without even knowing me, instead of showing compassion..understanding. Don't be that "Christian". No one unsaved would see that attitude and want to be like that. Way to show the love of Christ.
I am a tattooed, old navy man and I can so relate to this song. So glad God pointed me to the church I go, where I am loved and accepted. God loves me and my tattoos! I love this song, and erm, for the record, im an atheist :)... There is no judgement from me, there is no hatred or assumptions made by me... Anyone who wants to be my friend *can* be my friend... God didnt make me this way, neither did my parents, nor all the people I love and care about... Thats just my personal choice :) Its something anyone can do... No one is ever alone, despite how lonely the world can seem. We are all on the same tiny rock, and love is out there if you look for it :)

It's amazing how not only have I been treated this way and been driven from Church and from God by other Christians but I KNOW I have done this too! Even if I didn't say anything mean, I ignored the quiet, meek person hurting and needing to be shown love and compassion. Forgive me, please. God, help me hear "her" every time and reach out. Use me! Make me courageous!
my sister got abused, raped, and thrown out many times as a child. she was protecting me from a drug addict mother while i was a baby. i wish i could pay her back, but all she says i need to do is "Live life the most i can and Protect the ones i Love" i intend to do just that for her, the one who protected me when i couldnt do it myself. if anyone actually cares about this, watch and recognize the signs of kids like my sister, who had to endure this treatment, it may just save a life <3

I lived with guilt over my first divorce for a long time, and finally forgave myself after reading John chapter 8 about adulterous women that Jesus saves from being stoned. This sin still separates me from some churches, but Jesus loves us if we ask for forgiveness.

smoking was another addiction I had I had been trying to give up for 8 years I was only smoking more and more each time I tried to stop which was everyday ,I walked into a church then went home to have a smoke but I couldn't inhale the smoke I tried alot but couldn't ,I gave up smoking from then on,I had no withdrawls when I stoped .

I had been a work for three days I came home and my wife said Isaac is sick that is my son ,he hadn't eaten hardly anything for three days he was crying ,I said lets take him to the hospital as I put him in the car he vomited he was still crying so I prayed for him he stoped crying but I still went to the hospital when we got there he was running around laughing ,I said why are we even here, I took him home and he started eating heaps of food .
I hate talking about drugs my wife asked me to put this on here,I would rather talk about the miracles Jesus does ,like when I woke up with a flue I was so sick I was about to go back to bed ,then I thought no I will pray, I prayed for ten seconds a powerful presence of the Holy spirit came over me for 30 seconds I was totaly healed and went to work for 13 hrs ,this has happend 12 times now that is everytime I have been sick ,a couple of time I didn't honour Jesus I got really sick for days

Story of my life; but I was raised in a Christian background but not a strong one. I knew him but turned away & delt with my own pain the way I wanted to. Every time I hear this is cry. This relates to me in so many ways. I am going through so many self struggles that I honestly feel like I'm trapped in the same repeating day. No one knows what I'm really going through because they are so quick to judge. I'm 16 in high school, so judgment is inescapable. I have to turn to God he is the only thing that can keep me steady at this point. I pray for any person who is struggling like I am. And I pray for a way out of my struggles. God is my light.

This song means alot. I drifted away from God when my daughter was born, but this is not the example I want to show her. I am in a fresh new start I feel God working through me and my family. I will do whatever it takes to be the person God wants me to be. I will not give up because I am a strong wife and mother who wants to live in the right direction. She sees Christians and wants what they have but doesn't know how to get it and most people she looks to for help only she her outer appearance without trying to get to know her. I have been a very angry women for so many years of my life. i fear i am going to be alone I was always picked on by the kids at school and never had anyone at school for friends. i have always found friends in older people that took me for me and not for who i was. I struggle with homosexuality, depression, and am a very paranoid young man. And I could not love my life, and my God any more than I do right now. My weaknesses are a blessing. This used to be me not to long ago even though im a guy, when i was 13 I was the nerd of all my classes and almost had nobody i can talk to. I honestly thought that if i died that nobody would care. But then one day a friend invited me to a church party, Back then i thought church was just a stupid waste of time. But once i steppped through those doors I felt at home somehow. Now i finally have an entire church of friends i can talk to and now i also have Jesus! Glory be to the Lord God on high!
my nephew was born 2 1/2 months premie, had no oxygen going to his brain for 45 minutes to an hour and he had a 10 percent chance of making it... He is now 3 1/2 almost 4 years old. One thing he has though is a severe case of autism. My sister sings this song to herself and sayas the lyrics in our church because she wants him to be a normal boy. just keep him in your prayers please. Thank your for your time.

@GracieVannada I gave up cocaine, a $3000 daily crystal methamphetamine addiction and meth dioxy meth amphetamine (MDMA) ,marajuana every 10mins ,LSD ,alcohol nearly died 8 times from over dose ,I went totally phycotic ,I gave up this all instanly with no withdrawls when I prayed to Jesus it took 164 hrs of non stop praying and reading bible other than sleeping but prayed every waking hour,I have been totally healed of brain damage ,but must pray all the time to keep Satan away

I can relate. At 17 I was the girl with the momentary lapse of reason. For the next 8 months I was the one being judged. Sadly the ones doing a lot of the judging were those I attended church with. I'm saved myself and it was so disappointing to see how my "fellow Christians" threw such judgement on me without even knowing me, instead of showing compassion..understanding. Don't be that "Christian". No one unsaved would see that attitude and want to be like that. Way to show the love of Christ.

my sister got abused, raped, and thrown out many times as a child. she was protecting me from a drug addict mother while i was a baby. i wish i could pay her back, but all she says i need to do is "Live life the most i can and Protect the ones i Love" i intend to do just that for her, the one who protected me when i couldnt do it myself. if anyone actually cares about this, watch and recognize the signs of kids like my sister, who had to endure this treatment, it may just save a life <3

smoking was another addiction I had I had been trying to give up for 8 years I was only smoking more and more each time I tried to stop which was everyday ,I walked into a church then went home to have a smoke but I couldn't inhale the smoke I tried alot but couldn't ,I gave up smoking from then on,I had no withdrawls when I stoped .

I had been a work for three days I came home and my wife said Isaac is sick that is my son ,he hadn't eaten hardly anything for three days he was crying ,I said lets take him to the hospital as I put him in the car he vomited he was still crying so I prayed for him he stoped crying but I still went to the hospital when we got there he was running around laughing ,I said why are we even here, I took him home and he started eating heaps of food .
I had been praying alot before then.

I hate talking about drugs my wife asked me to put this on here,I would rather talk about the miracles Jesus does ,like when I woke up with a flue I was so sick I was about to go back to bed ,then I thought no I will pray, I prayed for ten seconds a powerful presence of the Holy spirit came over me for 30 seconds I was totaly healed and went to work for 13 hrs ,this has happend 12 times now that is everytime I have been sick ,a couple of time I didn't honour Jesus I got really sick for days

Every time I hear this is cry. This relates to me in so many ways. I am going through so many self struggles that I honestly feel like I'm trapped in the same repeating day. No one knows what I'm really going through because they are so quick to judge. I'm 16 in high school, so judgment is inescapable. I have to turn to God he is the only thing that can keep me steady at this point. I pray for any person who is struggling like I am. And I pray for a way out of my struggles. God is my light.

This song means alot. I drifted away from God when my daughter was born, but this is not the example I want to show her. I am in a fresh new start I feel God working through me and my family. I will do whatever it takes to be the person God wants me to be. I will not give up because I am a strong wife and mother who wants to live in the right direction. She sees Christians and wants what they have but doesn't know how to get it and most people she looks to for help only she her outer appearance without trying to get to know her. It's about how we as Christians need to live as examples to others and help the lost to find Jesus. that's what i feel anyway.

When I was a child I would have rated this as good, but now, I didn't rate this because 50 percent I like & 50 percent I don't. I like that it shares the Judgementalness & dullness within the church, however I would have to disagree that the others were/are Really "running" in the 'wrong' direction, I think its quite the opposite.Yeshua came for exactly those ones the sick & hurting, not for those who are healthy= 'think' that there saved,Paul said work Out your salvation with Fear & trembling.

i have to admit i lost god, he is always here and i managed to lose him. im 17 and the dr. confirmed today, that im gonna be a mommy, and altho im greatfull, im terrified, i dont have a job, or a licence, and im struggling in school. i may not even be able to graduate. and i have a baby on the way. my bf has be gret about the whole thing, but im just soo lost.:(

Im 19.. I haven't graduated. I will turn 20 in April the 20th & i'l FINALLY graduate in may.. I been lost, stupid pointless things i thought I'd never forget or fix. I have a huge jealous prob.. That literally could of ruined my life.I grew up a hard life & although its better now. I only thank god for that. Plz, im telling U now.. Don't let god In jesus name.. Out of ur site.. I struggle with homosexuality, depression, and am a very paranoid young man. And I could not love my life, and my God any more than I do right now. My weaknesses are a blessing. They help me reach out, and relate to others. I can introduce someone to Christ while I'm having the hardest time holding on, and I love every second of it.

This used to be me not to long ago even though im a guy, when i was 13 I was the nerd of all my classes and almost had nobody i can talk to. I honestly thought that if i died that nobody would care. But then one day a friend invited me to a church party, Back then i thought church was just a stupid waste of time. But once i steppped through those doors I felt at home somehow. Now i finally have an entire church of friends i can talk to and now i also have Jesus! Glory be to the Lord God on high!

my nephew was born 2 1/2 months premie, had no oxygen going to his brain for 45 minutes to an hour and he had a 10 percent chance of making it... He is now 3 1/2 almost 4 years old. One thing he has though is a severe case of autism. My sister sings this song to herself and sayas the lyrics in our church because she wants him to be a normal boy. just keep him in your prayers please. Thank your for your time.

I pray tonight for my spouse of 28 years while I watch him loose the battle of meth after being a daily user since the 90s I pray God touch his heart and help him before he dies, meth has ruined so many families including mine I pray for anyone struggling with this horrible addiction!

Patience.. On god's own time. In jesus name he is One Amazing God. I know from what i grew up with in my house. 180 he did in my families life. My mum never gave up on praying for my stepdad.. & today he lives free of that junk. God will make a way when he does the wait, patience & pain.. Will B worth it. God has plans4 us all. when god does beautiful things in our life.. Im only 19.. & So excited2 spread the joy he gives me each morning I wake in a pool full of life, & trials.<3

@GracieVannada I gave up cocaine, a $3000 daily crystal methamphetamine addiction and meth dioxy meth amphetamine (MDMA) ,marajuana every 10mins ,LSD ,alcohol nearly died 8 times from over dose ,I went totally phycotic ,I gave up this all instanly with no withdrawls when I prayed to Jesus it took 164 hrs of non stop praying and reading bible other than sleeping but prayed every waking hour,I have been totally healed of brain damage ,but must pray all the time to keep Satan away

@JamesAlan051 I had given up marajuana for quite a while when I became a Christian ,then I thought it cant be that bad ,now when I got baptised everything that God created had become instantly 100 times brighter ,so I smoked some marajana ,everything went dull again I got real angry the anger was getting worse over three days ,,I started wanting to kill everyone I seen ,I thought I must have a demon ,So I cast it out in Jesus name I felt it leave ,then everything went bright again
