  • Within the first 5 weeks, I had dropped close to 10 lbs, my chest, shoulders, and arms were bigger, and my muscles in general were all tighter and rock hard.

Unfortunately, I slacked off after 5 weeks by letting life get in the way, but it's the only program I use now and am determined to break that 12 week mark.

The point is, if you follow this program as closely as possible, you WILL see surprising results. I would recommend it to anybody.

  • For all of you who doubt that this program works, I can honestly tell you that it does. I doubted as well. The book was given to me as a gift from my mother, but I doubted something like this would work so much that it was months before I even opened it.

Here's the thing though, I read it, started working out according to the program, and followed the nutrition plan (the hardest part) the best I could. I don't think there was a single workout that my muscles weren't killing me.

  • Did they really drug test these guys?

  • my ass

  • lol@ all the haters on here....look he didn't gain that much muscle at all....he got CUT.getting ripped (plus a good tan) will actually give the illusion of being bigger than you were when you had some fat on ya.the only thing wrong about this video is that you don't need no supplements.....hard work and strict nutrition is all you need.

  • @remedyizme

i agree but the thing about BFL is the people aren't really THAT out of shape, there not grossly obese or anything, they just have a few extra pounds.nothing too life-threatning.

  • @remedyizme

agreed on the nutrition...as it was a HUGE part of his success~ I will say that he actually did this contest to

show that supplements dont work....HOWEVER.....when you put nutrition into the mix...you NEED to supplement for caloric intake! I watched him go thru this and laughed when he started it......the pictures are pretty evident that he gained muscle~ the tan helps OF COURSE! If you knew him you would know steroids are not in his vocab!

  • He was hench before!!

  • There fuckin liars lmao.

  • dude this is total fake only hulk can do that

  • this is retarded and fake...

  • in 3 months? WTF this is bull

  • inspiering!!!

  • If he will use steroids he will be much bigger thats only hard cardio +diet

  • @krzysieksz30 what? seriously? i want to build more muscle, can you reply me a nice diet plus hard cardio routine? thank you!

  • those liar should get arrested. Juice head

  • 1) The Steroids 2) Putting all my equipment in my needle to make sure nothing bad happens when I take my steroids >_> This is a fake story

  • Yus, but can he break those cuffs?

  • Imagine you can regain control over anything in this world you set your mind to.

No matter who you are . You do have the power to change.

When you gain control of your body, you will gain control of your life.

  • What is sad is that you can barely speak english and choose to comment on things you know nothing about. What is sad is that you don't possess the dedication to do what he did!

  • yes...yes...with steroids.... congratulation...:/

  • jajajajjajaja

  • wtf

  • Steroids aren't illegal...

  • everybody can do this with steroids, thats not qualitiy to build up these muscles in only 4 month, normaly you need ca 8 months up to a year .... he betray his own body thats sad allthough it looks nice

  • fake

  • Awesome results!

  • i know the secret:

    Primobolan Depot: 600mg/week

    Winstrol Depot: 350 mg /week

    Enan Testo: 600 mg/week

    Trembolona: 300 mg/ week

    That's all folks

  • What happened with hair on his chest????!!!

  • very slight difference between before and after

  • bull shit!

  • vigorexia!!!

  • Ha ha ha "that's my husband"...

    Very funny.

  • The fact that he was already a athlete that was not that too bad out of shape leads me to believe that he was only out of fitness for no more than a couple of months, at most a year.

It is not hard to regain a body once you got it, especially after a couple of mouths, I mean unless you lost it for a year or two but this is clearly a con and he was already a fit person.

Now get a fat guy that ways 20 stone with no athlete background and change his life.

    This is misleading 1/5

  • The fact is that I never came close to looking or performing like I did during this contest. I had never lost it because I never had it.

As far as helping a fat guy with no athleticism...done that and its easier than working with athletes.

The only "con" in this is the same as with any transformation contest or program...when it's done with - then what? Fitness has to be a life long process.

    Cheers

  • Hello David, you say you never had a body but you where an athlete all your life? please don't take this the wrong way but you must of been a pretty shit athlete, one off the fattest in your chosen field, now what I don't get about theses fantastic fitness breakthroughs is that they all tell you to do the same thing, go to the gym and work out, eat healthy and don't smoke or drink, why should we take this program into consideration? (from all the rest)

  • The guy just cut down to a low bodyfat while lifting thus keeping the muscle. Dont know how thats a con as anyone can do it with a strict diet.
