  • Looks like a big Passat..

  • i would be very interested if it had a 3rd row seat

  • I love my Touareg but just shelled out $1400 for tires. Ouch!

  • Bella!

  • Comment removed

  • Looks very similar to a Q5?

  • it should have a 3rd row seat

  • This is the only SUV I would ever buy (that is unless Alfa Romeo made one). It's attractive, classy, and very capable. Screw Land Rover, everybody has a Land Rover. The Touareg is the car to get.

  • @idrinorbarsaku The Volkswagen Group is MAINLY - Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi, Seat.....and other small companies that you mentioned....

  • +77k, it better come with that chick.

  • Might as well have been an Audi. How is the Q7 or Q5 off road?

  • @Soldier0117

search for it in youtube...both sucked in offroad but hey, onroad they'll stand out of any other suv.

  • I can't believe KBB... given the line of work it is in... can't even pronounce Touareg correctly.

  • 77k dollars for VW ???? are they nuts?

  • @kc2ine No one requested you to buy a VW. But if you want one, you gotta pay that price because it's well worth it!

  • wtf 77 thosond that is bs

  • I have a V6 TDI. It's amazing, and a great off roader right out of the dealer.

  • Touareg or Tiguan?

  • This isnt a SUV, this is a Stationwagon!

  • @DJEddieXZ its to big to be a station wagon

  • @jellyzapper reallly? looks small

  • Do you know how to say Volkswagon?

  • Do you know how to spell Volkswagen? and he is saying it like a German would.

  • @itsTiLER not really. he is pronouncing it very American. The "V" in German is like the American "F", the correct pronounciation is more like Fawlx-vuh-ghan.

  • my cousin who lives in norway, owns a Touareg, it has manual transmission. i doubt manual transmission is available in the US

  • Yeah Porsche actually owns VW

  • its actually the other way around

  • @mullenr1 actually vw own Porsche

  • @mackid9 No. Porsche is part of the VW group they do not own 100% of Porsche.

  • I have owned three Touaregs in a row. Only the 2004 model had issues. 2005 and 2009 have been perfect. No reliability issues at all. Fast as hell, comfortable as can be, and very capable off road with the right tires. This is the best SUV on the road.

  • To those saying the Q5 is better - it's also way smaller. We had V10 back in '05/'06 and that did indeed break down all the time. We now have a Q7.

  • I have two friends that own this car and although it's very nice and spacious, they break down all the time. One of them is trading it in next month, the other says he only drives it b/c it is still under warranty.

  • AUDI Q5 IS LOT BETTER

  • ha i agree

  • AUDI Q5 IS LOT BETTER

  • this car can look seriously nice with its options, my mom has a v8 gunthermotorsport edition toureg 2. 22 inch staggered voseen racing rims...red huge brembo brakes. brick leatherinterior. The tailights are tinted black all the way. 4 inch exhaust tips.

  • should i buy this car or go for Porsche Cayenne..cause they both look similar

  • Go for the Touareg, I've had it for a while. It's amazing.

  • get both

  • Whichever your trully feel you want.

    I love the Porsche, personally.

  • go for the porsche! if you are going to go offroad then go for this!

  • This Germany answer to that old Lexus RX350 commercial.

  • I don't really like vw, even though they own bently. I mean i know its german but not really luxurios

  • Bently is English brand. And I dont think VW owns it

    VW owns an AUDI.

i like VW SUV its much cheaper than AUDI suv

but its about the same everything but just brand marks

  • was your mom on heroine when you were conceived , VW owns Audi and Bentley and has many other subsidiaries under the whole VAG umbrella.

  • Well, Volkswagen owns Bentley. Volkswagen are actualy 2 company's. Volkswagen and Volkswagen Group. Under the group there are 9 different car brands ( incl. Volkswagen, Bugatti and Bentley). They also have a bank in some sort (Leasing).

  • Hate to break it to you, VW owns Buggatti, Bently, Porsche (or the other way around), Lamborgini and Audi.

  • Comparing a Forester with a Touareg? You must be joking, man...

  • Insane this thing is about 50G baseline. They make stury cars but that's too much

  • This VW is smart, really just sterling. You can't go wrong with subaru, i don't think it'll ever break down, (320 000km!) Ill look at this vehicle if my car ever needs replacing, i doubt it though

  • They always complain when there is no third row, "this may tun off many potential buyers," but then again when there is a third row they complain that is way to small. What's the deal?

  • What a shame we no longer get the V-10 TDI.

  • i agree totally with ya!

  • Is there any toureg v-10s

  • Yes, two. The 5.0 bi-turbodiesel V-10 with 310 hp|553 lb-ft and a more powerful version with 350 hp|627 lb-ft in the R50 model, which isn't sold outside Europe.

  • @TheNewMrCool Then Get The V12 Q8

  • Optional features include leather upholstery, memory system, heated power steering wheel, upgraded sound system, adaptive cruise control, 6-disc CD changer, heated rear seats, navigation system, rearview camera, 4-zone climate controls, and keyless access and starting. All of the options get the SUV up to about $60,000.

  • Standard features include air conditioning w/dual-zone climate controls, tilt/telescopic leather-wrapped steering wheel w/radio controls, cruise control, heated front seats, 12-way power driver seat, power sunroof, satellite radio, outside-temperature indicator, and universal garage door opener.

Competitors include the Volvo XC90, Lexus RX, Cadillac SRX, Porsche Cayenne, Mercedes-Benz ML-Class, BMW X5, Lincoln MKX, and Range Rover LR3.

  • yes o no?

  • hahahahahahahaha. Is that a joke? Rhetorical question. We all know it was. Good one.

  • lol it's not a joke I've been in a tourag I feel like I'm suffocating. Heavy as hell. Too expensive. Check out the forester you'd be surprised.

  • maybe your fat

  • A V-4? Are you on crack?

  • you're mad! if i own vw i would have pulled out every strand of hair from your head!

  • THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A V4!! You mean l4

  • I'm not sure about this model, but V4's do exist. Honda's VFR series and most Ducatis use V4 engines in their motorcycles. They are almost exclusively in motorcycles now but they WERE implemented in cars from the 20's to the 60's and were phased out by inline 4's.

  • @oceaniatravel V4s do exist though they arent used often or hardly at all...but they do exist.
