Awesome job! My only complaint is in the billing of the production staff. If you're going to recreate the original b'way choreography, don't bill yourself as the choreographer. Yeah, you've changed a few steps to make it look easier...but give Susan Stroman her due...bill it as: Original Susan Stroman choreography recreated by... or something to that effect...but that's not the performers fault...they were AWESOME!

My school is doing it this year, and this is almost nothing compared to what we are doing.... We've got everyone on the stage always moving, and interacting with each-other, the entire time. Honestly, this looks a little sloppy (no offence), and very quickly thrown together. Also, the Orchestra is VERY flat a lot of the time.
@TaylorCourage have you ever seen a highschool musical? I'm thinking you haven't if you think this is crap. The Orchestra is a little flat but a lot of that is the recording equipment distorting the sound. But the musicians are fantastic for the most part. Do you know how hard it is to choreograph a piece like that with that many performers? Especially if they aren't all dancers? This is pretty top notch for highschool my friend. I'm sure they were working on this their whole school year.
@pogostickguy Matter of fact, I was in a high school production of this show not even a month ago. I know exactly how difficult it is first hand, especially with people that don't know how to dance. And yes, I have seen numerous high school shows. Yes, I know recording equipment sucks... the stuff at my school is just as crappy. We worked on our show for 4 months, every day, and the reviews we had were rave. Many critics from around London praised it, claiming it better than a lot of pro shows.
@pogostickguy Actually, they only work on the musical in the spring and then the show opens in May. Only about 3 months, I think. It's crazy, I don't know how they do it.
I'm playing Harry in my highschool's production of this, haha.

Depression-era...supposedly. Of course the costumes come from the room in the back of theater, so you are on your own!
