They are British. Britain settled their first in 1690, were there was no one their in the first place, and have occupied them peacfully and continueously since 1833. I’m Argentinean, a few of my family members fought in the Malvinas / Falklands, and fortunately return home safe, but believe me they don’t want that to happen again, to anybody British or Argentine.

By invading the Falklands or trying to dominate the islands and their inhabitants by intimidation, Argentina is practising colonialism. There's no other conclusion. @elgringoseba - We already held a de jure claim on the islands from 1620. When we settled in 1833, the few settlers from what is now Argentina were given the option of staying. They refused and left - not our problem. That's the age of colonialism for you.
We no longer live in the age of colonialism. We've granted independence to our former colonies, apart from those like the Falklands and Gibraltar who want to remain part of the UK. That's THEIR decision, not yours.

@EddieExile por su puesto que el capitan acepto que fue un movimiento "militar" correcto.
lo mismo si nosotros atacariamos london, diriamos "fue necesario para ganar la guerra" pero moralmente estaria mal.

@MrAlfaluz Admiral Allara in the carrier Veintecinqo de Mayo confirmed his mission was a pincer attack with the Belgrano on the British ships, and on May 2nd (BEFORE the Belgrano was sunk) he ordered an air attack on eight British ships, but bad light and weather prevented take off.
The Belgrano was a warship in a war zone on a war mission to sink British ships - so it was a valid target.
If argentina had attacked London, Buenos Aries would have been turned into a carpark

argentina no es un pais colonialista,,gran bretaña ,,si lo es,,tuvo y tiene colonias en todas partes del mundo,,y esto es cuestion de fijarse en la historia,,fijensen en los problemas internos que tienen en su pais,,yo fui soldado,y se que hiria a una guerra,defiendo a mi pais si es agredido,,y no hay fuerza britanica ayudada po USA o NATO,que pueda contra eso,,
