@TheBrandongibson42 Actually, in japan they use the word "Shinka" that means "evolution." The original translation did not include "digi" in front of it, that was the English adaption =D. I'm a pretty big Digimon fan myself, watched all 6 seasons in English and Japanese, own all the games plus most of the Digi Vices and toy collections. One might say I have issues... >>;;

@Sammyjon123 I really liked the visual of the video too; but for the record, she mispronounced both Renamon and Youkomon =P

Renamon was pronounced "Rinamon", where it's Renamon from the French word "renard(e)", meaning fox (or vixen), pronounced as in Renaissance.

Youkomon was pronounced "Yuukomon", where it's Youkomon or Yôkomon, meaning bewitching fox; the two o's are pronounced exactly the same, but the first one's long because of the u after it.

edited, frame by frame, pixel by pixel. changing an evolution blue isn't just something you stumble upon being able to do, it takes tons of hard work.

Well actually it's only really digivolve to in the dub version. It became that way in Digimon Adventure 1 because it sounded catchier, and with all the editing Saban and Bandai did on the series when they ported it ikfrom Japan, they aimed it at children, so a catchier name was needed.

In the original they say, "shinka" which means, evolve, so in definition proper he is correct, which would make this a fan dub.

That being said, I do not like this... I just don't, if you must - me, then fine.
