i know this comment is 10 months old, but i figured i'd respond anyway.
you have to charge back for 2 seconds to get the charge for your super, then move the stick to neutral, then do a neutral KKK hop forward and press forward, back, forward+punch(or kick for whatever super you're trying to do) as soon as you land. It's all one fluid motion and it's fairly easy once you get it down.

Can anyone tell me how ino buffers "SURPRISE FORWARD" move into super with blanka at 00:39?
I tried so many times but i couldn't do it. I'm new at cvs2 & I appreciate some help plz.
