Practice "extreme compassion" even just in your mind. It is the KEY to unlock your DNA and cause physical transformation ( transfigurations). @soulplayorb I have been able to "ride" the energy with ease except the diet appear to have to change. After three months fruits and fresh fruit juices, I started to realize maybe be FOOD is not needed. Perhaps it is not about food but to find if the 5th D actually is reachable. If you are sensitive, you'll feel the heart palpation almost like having a heart attack. BUT don't panic. IT is exactly when I have a lot kundalini energy flow to the heart. At first I thought I was getting a heart attack as health as I was. Keep doing that, he try to raise the kundalini energy quickly (safely). It is better and easier than doing any yoga practice.
