It's incredible how that dolphin survived.Without a tail a dolphin could die.In this case,Winter trained herself to swim by wiggling right and left.But that could cause a severe bone loss and pain.And the replacement tail took over 1 year to build from a team of experts.Winter managed to survive that?My theory is that she never gave up.Congrats Winter,you have totally inspired me into your soul.You have touched my heart.

@thekrista007 well she lost her tail in a blue crab trap I knew about it befor this video and my parents saw a documentry on her when I was little but she got caught in a blue crab trap and the circulation got cut out and so did the blood thing and her tail fell off this happens a lot to sea creatures because of litter so that is why I'm s ocean lover and I don't litter.

@hannahlysa Hmmmm, now what do you think? She won't be able to swim as fast and she isn't as agile which means she won't be able to catch her food, and is more at risk of being taken by predators. Plus, the prosthetic tail will need to be adjusted and replaced from time to time... I think all of this is fairly obvious, don't you?
