As for me ~ born and raised (and still reside) in a ghetto. Always dreamed of having my own team of horses and to take weekly rides in the fresh air. Never got the chance to live in the countryside and enjoy the outdoors. But maybe in another lifetime.

@1400deadwood NEVER stop dreaming and just put steps in motion to make those dreams come true and you will amaze yourself. My sincere prayers to you and that you get your dream horse. It took me 30 years to get mine... so I'm living proof it can happen. Think about going to work for someone in the horse business and get your foot in the door. Again, you can do anything you set your mind to.

As the song says "fairy tales can come true, it can happen to you, if you're young at heart" - I had the joy of horses when young and had to part with them - twenty -five years later, I've come home to horses again - I understand your JOY - Napoleon is adorable, as is your 7-year old smile ! ! ! Very cute pony!!!!! After all that time I am glad you finally got your pony! LOL! I had ponies when I was a kid and never gave it up and now have mini horses.
