Theres a tweak freeze glitch in jubilife town going down from the Pokemon Center to the end up and down sometimes it freezes and sometimes a wall blocks you that the glitch.
I'd been trying to do it from the bottom of the city [where you are spazzing out in the video, but on the other side of the canal], very very close to the loading line. It never seemed to work.
I also tweaked on the route south of Veilstone right before you enter the city, and the game froze as I hit the loading line.

Hey man, you have to go up and down and circling around the loading line. You were going left and right below it. Hope that helps! Now I know where the Canalave loading line is, I'm trying that after no success on Route 224 apart from freezing 20 odd times!

There are no open intersections in Canalave without the use of WTW, and you need to actually use a pattern rather than spazzing.
