Unattended kids are the absolute worst problem at the VIP area. I was at a launch once where two kids were constantly horsing around next to my tripod. At T-1 minute they sat down right where I had to stand to operate my camera. I'd had enough of these two, so I told them they would have to leave. They did. About 2 minutes after launch their IRATE father came over and got 3 inches away from my face and shouted "DON'T YOU EVER TELL MY KIDS WHAT TO DO! YOU GOT THAT?!?" What a moron.
I was a guest of ATK. The night before the launch I was able to spend an entire evening with current and former astronauts, a former NASA Flight Director and countless NASA Tech's. A once in a lifetime experience.

Liked the end but why did we have to watch the side of the launch pad for 6 whole minutes, then have the clip end just when it was getting good.
