My brother needs to see this, he's 30, still lives at our mom's, and has a three-year-old son whom he leaves her to take care of for the past two summers.
Its just my opinion, based on what Iv seen in my 50 + years hear.I know loads of good people with good kids and all where raised on Biblical principles. What would you suggest ? Larry's book ? or how about Dr Phil. That guy on TV. He seems to have a lot of ideas on how life should be lived...lol.........
Bollocks - religion is currently being used as justifications for war all over the planet. Do us all a favor and keep your superstitious nonsense to yourself.
If you want to raise theocratic bigots who'll kill in 'god's' name - the bible, the torah, and the koran are all extremely useful.
The only advice the bible has in it that's worthy is "do as you would be done by" and in my forty + years, I've discovered that ALL religious texts and philosophical works contain the same advice.
@kingazzaman If that's all you understood from those book, those were some wasted 40 years lol. You have poor reading skills, or didn't read each of those books without bias. Don't judge all the books because you've read SOME of ONE book. kthanksbyebye.
Holy crap! I love this! I take ownership to my kids and their actions...to a certain extent. The morals, thoughtfulness, etc that my kids have....are a direct tie to me....I was the one who raised them. And I have come to find out, that I am a minority among parents. And, I don't need a book to teach me how to raise my kids. Those blaming parents do...blame the schools, music, society and etc....ugh...they irritate me to no end.!
