I think it is correct as much as NATO invasion of Serbia and Iraq is correct.

NATO invaded Serbia, a sovereign country. Georgians want to join NATO. Which technically means they support the use of force by big powers on smaller countries. So they should be okay with Russians bombarding every single inch of Georgia. They should not be complaining.

This resolution recognizes Russia as an interested and an involved party of the Georgian-Abkhaz conflict and not as a peacekeeper. I just visited Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website. Someone tell Georgians that "700 hundred" = 70000, they seems are not aware of this.

Was the UN consulted on that? If not then this constitutes as a violation of Russia's peacekeeping mandate and they must be reduced to their origanal level, Georgia can help by pulling back its troops but from what I observed the onus is on Russia to ensure peace.

The mandate is for 3000 peacekeepers. Even with this new increase the numbers are still below that. Georgia has no basis to complain, but they complain against anything (no matter what) Russia does anyway.
