@Katmanify I seriously thing some-one should be in jail when he/she on purpose did something wrong. Accidents like these are extremely awful, but still an accident.

Some-one who participates in sports mostly have the passion for that sport, causing this is for those more of a punnishment for their MISTAKE than any jailtime.

So I do not agree.
