@ACUA1933 I agree. I like the slight changes to the chorus lyrics. It implies more that prayers were answered and love is won and you'll never let it go. Some versions seem more forlorn asking for love. And it doesn't seem stuck in the couple love context. There are a lot of different types of love you should keep forever.

For those who are confused, the pictures on this post are of Dionne Warwick who first made the song a hit in 1967, The version played here is in fact by Diana King which was recorded in 1997.
