I've checked all her videos, and even in those songs which were made for releasing the highest notes she doesn't seem to have what it needs. I'm used to voices like Jill Scott has, Ella Fitzgerald, Blu Cantrell all high pitched and strong... she is trying herself at the whistle tone, but she is JUST trying it takes much effort.

Agnes lives in Sweden. Where have you found other information? The English accent is probably the effect in English studies in school. English being a compulsary subject in Swedish schools.

even if your not fluent in english, when you sing its a different thing. when you know a song, you´ve memorised the lyrics, you dont sing it with, in this case, a swedish accent. its different when you talk. For example if you do an interview in english, you dont know what your gonna be asked or what your answer is gonna be before, so your accent comes out.
