there are a few articles about this online, and they say that its otacon at the end. like i said before, they also tell you its him in the extended trailer, and he comes to snake at a grave and you clearly see his face [although he is wearing glasses] but they also show him in the fighting gear right after having his name across the screen.

I think I'll ignore my sever G.A.S. for the Playstation3 and this game. I don't like the fact they change Snake's young face, you can see it at the end, it's not the same that the one from the preceding metal gears. A shame.

I know this because you can clearly see the white hair sticking out of the back of his mask before he takes it off. It could be the same as when Raiden wore the Oxygen mask in MGS2.
