Wow My soon has been doing all of this since he was 3mths, he even started crawling at 15weeks I have the video on my page. He's now 4mths and holding his bottle and sitting up, everyone keeps telling me "he's moving out of the way for the next one" Ummm NO I'm done! LOL

same with my baby girl. The doctor said that she has developed very fast and is doing things that a 4 month old wouldn't normally do . But no, she's not sitting up yet =D

@imalale don't know if you've gotten an answer, but try a rolled up towel under the armpits so she can get used to the position & build muscle strength. then, what i did with my daughter, is when she would freak out and put her arms out while on her belly, i repetitively tucked her arms back under her. it may seem mean & it pissed her off, but it got the ball rolling

My daughter is 5 months she has very good lower body stength she can stand up alone for a few seconds already however her upper body strengh is very poor. She can not lift her chest up during tummy time she starts crying and hates being on her tummy. Any advice?

@AshlessandAnt I went to your channel and watched some videos of your son. Very cute. It's hard to tell from just a few videos, but he is doing at least 4 month old things. Do you have him followed by a pediatrician?

@AshlessandAnt i do have a pediatrician for him but they only make comments on how large his head is.We have had ultrasounds done and everything came back looking normal.She told me not to worry about tummy time? She also told me he may have trouble picking up his head due to the size of his head,but i do tummy time with him anyways.I even bought him a tummy time mat to play on.He can touch his toes and raise his legs up.Is all the other stuff suppose to happen at 5 months for sure?

@AshlessandAnt well now at 9 months (almost 10 months) he is sitting up but still a little unstable i sit with him on the floor to make sure he doesn't fall over and bump his head. he also is not crawling but rolls around very well but i think this is due to the size of his head.see his head is larger than most babies.the dr's want to do a CT scan to make sure there is nothing wrong.best thing to do is talk to your Dr.hope this helped you.

@AshlessandAnt all babies are different, just make sure he gets time on his tummy and some practice sitting up time hold his hands for balance, i'm sure you are doing everything fine, if you really weren't you would probably not care enough to be worried
