  • @tyler71durden u remember incorrectly.

  • basketball was soo much better in the 90s, to see teams like the raptors have a pretty full arena is good to see, wen basketball wasnt an advertisement people could appreciate good basketball anywhere

  • American Dream? More like Basketball Disgrace. Sure he was a good player but when it came to attitude and off court actions he was the worst.

  • @bird33mchale32 jon koncak, eddy curry, issac austin, jim mcilvaine, vin baker, sherman douglas were a bunch of basketball disgraces. they all sucked and never boosted ticket sales for their perspective teams.

  • @AvEryBadApPLe Congrats you took time to look up all those no names and respond to this comment

  • @bird33mchale32 look up? i still remember how bad they sucked in the 90's. hell, i bet you're the only die hard celtics fan out there with a douglas jersey. maybe you should put it on ebay and see if you could earn a few coin for a hot meal.

  • @bird33mchale32 'o wait, that's right, your daddy probably gave it to you before he left town to find a job. nevermind, hold on to it kid. it might keep you warm this winter, lmfao.

  • @AvEryBadApPLe haha gave me what? i have no idea what your talking about.

  • this is the best youtube video ever plus the song makes the video even better

  • woulda had a pretty good career if he didn't choke his coach then tell fans to suck his dick....yeeeah. lol jk i loved watchin this guy. could shoot and dunk.

  • if Bruce Lee became an NBA player, he would have been Latrell Sprewell.

  • i dunk my digestive harder than this:/

  • what happened to the guy? the nigger that choked his coach. suspended?

  • NBA needs more ferocious and passionate players like Spree today...whatever happened to him, such a quiet exit from the league

  • stephon marbury and latrell are my fav players ever

  • @SonnyBoy437 Lmao!

  • There isn't a better signature dunk than Spree's two-handed power jam.

  • Lol @stolecoc sooo true!

  • This guy was a bum on the Knicks...

  • Latrell was a good player who couldve been great. Waste of talent..

  • same dunk dunked 1000000 times

  • @truthhurtz8 Learn how to spell faggot.

  • Did yall know that Spree has the record of Most 3pointer in a game without a miss? ;)

  • @Zetzoh That record was tied by Ben Gordon.

  • Wish we still had Spree in his prime.

  • Idk yall forgot about Shawn Kemp he dunk the ball hard too now, but Spre was an animal.

  • the poor basket should thank god that Latrell ain't heavy like shaq -_-

  • this dood is a mad bitch

  • By the way I remember seing most of his dunks in All Star Game but I don't remember which one. And I recorded it.

  • Sprewell and Rasheed Wallace : The angriest dunkers in the NBA ! Carter is great too but he's younger and he's too serious. I miss these days...

  • he dunks so hard.... it made me think... how hard he chokes his coach.? lol

  • i watch this video every day. i miss spree. someone sign this man!!!

  • @josefas1971 many teams interested on him last 4 - 5 seasons...spree refuses all offers.. coz.. he feels insulted by the offer... the minnesotta offered him a $23 million 3 years extention... less than then current paid him

  • haha now hes flippin whoppers at burger king.. broke ass nigga...

  • younger generations always surpassed the older guys..think again,

lebron james, blake griffin, dwight howard and amare stoudamire

these guys are all hard dunkers..

  • I can't believe this guy is totally broke. Foreclosures. Repossessions. Boo hoo... can't feed your family with $100 million? No sympathy.

  • Why is he broke now ?

  • As broke as Sprewell is right now it should be called the American nightmare.

  • 17 people cant feed their families.

  • 90's NBA is where its at!

  • this rapper sampled a song that tupac sampled. Lets get original guys

  • @Rawr5649 Well if you wanna get original, its a Debarge family song. Just sayin

  • @bighova09 I said that tupac sampled it, which means I didn't insinuate his version was the original......"just sayin" Why do so many people nowadays finish a comment with "just sayin"?

  • @Rawr5649 Well you used the word " Original". Debarge is the original. Technically you did exactly what the person before you did. Im just setting the record straight on "Original" because I happen to like it better than all the samplers. And I used " just sayin" to show you i meant no disrespect in correcting you.

  • the best dunker man, he punished the fuckin rim yeah

  • looks like derrick rose learnt a thing or too from his dunk, the two hand behind the head with authoritay!

  • @iGotSpaceLikeNASA I have been saying the same thing. I love when spree used to do it and now I get to see it come around again.

  • He dunked HARD.

  • i wish i could dunk

  • If only C Webber would've stayed!!

  • my favorite knick

  • @rawisace Mee too.

  • whats the name of the INTRO? before the song!

  • @Zetzoh

The song in the intro is Pepita by Calexico. Upvote so people know!

  • the 90s.... oh those were the good old days

  • How come no one ever stays with the GSW?

  • 3:37 BIG PAT LIKED IT!!

  • To bad he is broke

  • best 2 handed dunker of all time(sorry Vince and Mike) hands down

  • damn dis dude ws str8 gangsta

  • Wow....U know in that era, Spree was rather iconic in the streets, not just cause his bball skills and thug demeanor, but he was one of the top wheel innovators of the times with the famous Spreewell rims. He also was one of if not the originator of the cornrows (in the NBA...that is). Spree was one of those players who simply loved the game aside from the other antics....it's too bad most younger people remember him from one of Kobe's highlight reel....lol

  • @ed6946 da originator of cornrows ws allen iverson

  • Comment removed

  • he dunks so hard for his size. everything seems better in the 90's.

  • @hostilebelligerent he chokes even harder.

  • @hostilebelligerent he strangles even harder.

  • quick first step..dude was very explosive

  • Unbelievable speed, he didn't even need a crossover just went and executed!

  • Sickkk!!! this is what the NBA needs now

  • the good ol days when the game used to be hard ...shit is like ballet nowadays

  • slamonline

  • hrduf

  • spree was too much!!!!!! spree was a great shooter, great dunker, but he was so rough!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I wore number 15 in every sport because of this guy and my date of birth. The Warriors could lose every game but it wouldn't matter cause he would be all over the court doing everything at full throttle. And that year suspension felt like 5 years.

I haven't even been keeping up with Basketball since these days though, seems like the NBA just sucks now. Everyone takes like 8 steps to the rim and dudes miss F'n lay up's in the finals regularly. The NBA has been lame and soft for a while now.

  • i miss the garnett, cassel and sprewell timberwolves team. and iverson on the sixers and carter with the raps, tmac with orlando. man this vid brings back memories of better seasons.

  • @mattymm34735 HELL YEA!

  • I hate how people only remember Sprewell because of that incident, he was actually one of the best of his time.

  • Sprewell won everywhere. He was awesome for Golden State. His first year in NY, they went to the Finals. Then he went to Minnesota, and they had the best year they ever had.

  • latrell was a beast

  • whats up with the muslim shit at the begging of the vid??

  • @mathiue777 maybe the dude, who posted this mix, is a muslim;-). no big deal..

  • @doule76 no biggie its just basketball but why do people have their 'agendas' all over the place

  • @mathiue777 : true. i agree...no "christian" would post a cross before a dennis rodmen mix!! as i watch it again...its really rather wired. religion should be left out of sports...

  • if only dudes played this intense these days

  • 90's BASKETBALL

  • this guy loved doing two handed tomahawks, but he looks cold on this mixtape, good job dude.

  • Guilty.

  • what's the name of the song???

  • he could tomahawk alright

  • Spree was the man. His career later fell into the infamy of his questionable actions, but on the court and at his prime, Latrell was a fantastic player and a dazzling finisher.

  • Why do you associate great athletes with SHIT GANGSTER RAP. NBA players have physical talent and work ethic. These Rappers have terrible attitudes and man breasts.

  • Why do you associate great athletes with SHIT GANGSTER RAP. NBA players have physical talent and work ethic. These Rapper have terrible attitudes and man breasts.

  • Back then players played with mind and passion, now all the have on their mind is money and greed.

  • @rizzy8111 don't kid yourself and try to glorify the past. Sprewell was a baller but also a thug, and people back then cared as much about money then as they do now. A lot more actually, since there was no rookie salary scale.

  • Two hands Special.. A dos Manos mi vieja!

  • Sprewell was one of my heroes as a kid.

  • This mix is awesome good job!

  • remember him? he used to be beast!

  • remember him? he used to be a beast

  • Spree use to yoke the rock like no other!

  • k why does every body steal 2pacs i ain't mad atcha backround music? thumbs up if you think they should stop

  • sounds like tupac's "Ain't Mad Atcha"

  • As a die heart knicks fan besides Ewing ,Sprewell was my favorite player, which is why i still wear my Sprewell jersey to the Garden,Sprewell was the best slasher in the NBA. KG is the best all around,Melo the best scorer,Shawn the reignman kemp the best dunker and finally my Guard was Iverson.

  • Sprewell could definitely dunk the ball one handed. he does it at 1:58 seconds.

  • Ill song and an ill baller. Latrell and KG are probably my two favorite players of all-time. David Lee is my boy too though. Let's go Knicks and R.I.P. to Big L and Bloodshed.

  • That GUY was a playground KING.. Guy has his it has his own recreation center.

That's great man with a bad start and doesn't complain. unlike Allen Iverson.. But im fan of AI

  • After Kobe and V.Carter Spree was closest to Jordan by playing style.

  • thats why stuart scot used to call him "THE TRUTH"....i have not seen a dude attack the basket like that in a long time...he used to dunk with two hands , mostly tomohawk cause he had small hans and could not palm the ball

  • West Coast Jordan (15)!!!

  • Sprewell was an incredible athlete. To bad he was a jerk.

  • He Was The Man On The Knicks!

  • I imagine he can't dunk one handed.

  • I wish he got a ring.

  • @maberry21 He could have. But he had a family to feed.

  • @HeyYTplzDontBanMeK lol

    1 mill a year ain't enough

  • Somebody please give Spree another shot at the NBA. Take a chance on him, I know he can still play.

  • That dunk over scottie pippen at the 97 allstar game was one of the best in league history

  • dont have players like sprewell and rider anymore they are all pretty and soft

  • do you know why is this video that good rated? IT IS JUST BRILLIANT!

  • THIS HIP HOP CULTURE is the nightmare of our black commuinity, this culture has no future, this SPREWELL used to rap blazin weed... but refusing 27 million dollars contract is outragious

  • @soojenite he actually refused 21 mill

  • @soojenite True, but rap was cool and actually had meaning, but people like Lil wyane and Bridman glamourized all this things like smoking and having unportected sex

  • Damn...90's ball...made me go out on a Sunday after watching and try to pull some of these off.

Remember those Knicks vs Heat rivalries for a couple of years? That was the NBA at it's best. Too many calls and too many suit and ties phukkin' up the game...like Shaq said, that's why they were losing money.

  • Is the American Dream to make $100 million by being a ballhogging thug then go bankrupt?

  • @MrNiggle123 No that was his nickname dude,it's not like he was the American Dream

  • @MrNiggle123 Stay up all night thinking about that one?

  • love how he threw down two hand power dunks

  • he looks like will smith :S

  • what ever happen to him where is he now

  • I think he's one of a list of players that left the NBA and went downhill. U know - got into trouble with the law/finance/drugs etc.

  • no team would touch him after 2005... no hes broke check wikipedia

  • He is now broke. His yaht was seized and his home foreclosed. He also got into trouble with the law, etc

  • Monta or Latrell?

    LATRELL!

  • he was beyond fast

  • had to be the fastest player in the open court

  • man I miss the 90s ballers.

  • damn he was good! this guy was my FAV player growin up

PLEASE BRING BACK THE 90s & THE REAL NBA!!!

  • It's not fun to watch a game with a bunch of travel calls either.

  • Spree... MILWAUKEE

  • Man they just don't make them like Sprewell anymore do they. This dude had an attitude problem, but he was a hustler and dunked with authority

  • @tremayneward76 JR SMITH

  • @tremayneward76 Yeah, Bron is a beast when he's in motion...but I can't think of another player that took it to the bucket with as much fercoity and viciousness as Spree...My man.

  • @tremayneward76 amen bruh. spre always went hard. seen him live before his frist pro game at kezar stadium in frisco. 6'5 will smooth skills and tenacious D.

  • awesome video of spree...i have most of these dunks recorded on vhs...i'd watch them before i'd go backyard and school my friends on the court..offence and defenesivly...5,3 dunking over and blocking anybody even the 6 footers..don't mean to honk my own horn but...beep beep!!haha

  • Spree had a few more solid years in him. It's a shame he went out the way he did.

  • So many great players to watch back then!

  • Golden State Warrior for life

  • Kobe shook the mess out of Spre

  • i hope LeBron can take the NBA back to the way it was in the 90's AWESOME!!!!!

  • Kobe already did 4 years ago.

  • Lebron will not do that, he will continue to have games that are decided by his four step non-travels and non goaltending calls. He will continue to get his BS calls all game, it's not fun to watch, regardless of who you're rooting for.

  • i remember vaguely about the Ewing era. I remember sprewell had awesome tomahawk dunks, Ewing with his uber blocks, along with Allan houstons' incredible three pointers. Man that was a decade ago...

  • the 90s was a hell of a decade man... i miss those days...

  • basically when every basketball game in the NBA was interesting to watch

  • Yup, it was like any team with heart could win on any given night.

  • @wildersachin Even the quote-un-quote sorry teams had a couple players that were fun to watch. Sacramento had Richmond, Minnesota JR Rider, Dallas Mashburn Kidd Jim Jackson, Bucks Lee Mayberry Todd Day Glenn Robinson no defense playing self lol.76ers AI rookie season and 2nd.season. All the teams had atleast a couple of players that were fun to watch. Me and m dad realize Nba League Pass is a waste of our money since its only like 5 teams/players that are worth watching.

  • and to think all he was doing was trying to fid his kids

  • yea.... too bad he choked his coach. that wipes away allll his skill shots and any other great things he did.... complete lack of sportsmanship

  • Damn.. He got skills
