That is a fantastic sign. I was driving down a Japanese highway once with a friend and they had some kind of bowing robot thing in a construction worker's uniform holding a blinking arrow to indicate a lane was closed.

I wish our signs were that loud. Then maybe people wouldn't drive off elevated highway entrance ramps that aren't completed.
