Christina Aguilera is not that great at all. Average. Mariah, is pretty good but about half as good as people think. If you sing and went to school and then left school because it limits you so much lol...then you know what i mean. Good singing is not subjective unlike most things in music. Mariah can scream notes and it sounds nice but she never has enough lung to add vibrato to them. If she does she brings them down with tricks. Ex. I Who Have Nothing by Tom Jones she wouldn't handle.

@jimmybrown11111 lol Vibrato is a good element in sustained notes but not everything. Mariah doesn't sustain long notes often. Plus, Mariah is not a vibrato mania at all. She does realise what more she can do with her voice. Her insane vocal acrobatic!!! However, her voice is powerfully resonant and that's worth enough to listen. Well, I doubt Tom Jones would be able to handle emotions, if it's over, you're so clod and the list goes on.

I think you don't understand what belting is.. Belting and vibrato are two different things.. beyonce, whitney, celine & mariah are the "fantastic four" of belting :)
