I checked it out and the point is that Flutebox Lee gives more emphasis on the beatbox than the flute melody while Greg Patillo (guy in Black) is much better in the flute. Wich is better? I think is a matter of taste! I like more the style of Patillo check his videos with 20 million views! (Flute box Lee rocks also)

The rap isn't prerecorded, the sound quality on the video just makes it sound that way because of the different angles they're being filmed from. If you notice at the beginning of the video, the flute sounds the same way, but when he moves it changes. And yeah, sometimes the sound doesn't quite match his lips moving, but that's because it's a video that's been uploaded to the computer from a camera, they usually do that anyway. Don't disrespect when you don't know what you're talking about.
