My moms friend who lives next door was with the kids when the people told them to leave. We were told about less then 24 hours after it happened. I knew WAY before Fox new did! (More then 14 days before maybe) Its just a shame!

Even though they refunded them and gave them a valid explanation, CSI still went to the media to complain about racism. This is not "racism", but a story made to look as if there is racism involved. Blown out of proportion we see a story that involves a Private Pool club that has every right to decide who can swim there. They are not responsible for the safety of these children, and have every right to refuse anyone they so choose. Would you want a bunch of unknown kids to crash your kids birthday party? It's kind of like that.

What a moron you are. Without any knowledge about the law. You cannot decide who gets to use your company services without a perticular reason. When you offer those services you have to provide them to any potential client that want's to buy them. If you deny him those services without plain reason he can sue you. Those kids didn't crash any "birthday party" and they've had social adminitrators with them. Those were little children not some street gang. Use you brain for once.

where's the racism FROM THE BLACK SIDE? the black/latino kids come to the pool, stay there 10-15 minutes, then get refunded and told to leave. They were being rained on with racist comments from the adults, who were pulling their kids from the pool.
