The fact that Cindy KNEW what she had done (the hands around Casey's neck) could've contributed to her "lack of enthusiasm" in following up on not seeing Caylee afterward for days, which turn into weeks, which turns into a month. Go Albatross! You're right about Jane Velez Mitchell and Nancy Grace overly trying to "protect" the Anthonys. Cindy and Casey are indeed "two peas in the same pod!" Are you in communication at all with these shows, giving them some of your ideas and reminding them of some of these points they neglect to remind the viewers of? Keep up the great work...

I always believed that Casey killed Caylee herself and that she killed her to get back at her mother. Casey probably would have killed Cindy if she thought she could get away with it but she also knew killing Caylee would be the worst thing she could do to her Mother.

First of all George saw Caylee at 12:50 on Monday the 16th with Casey leaving the house with backpacks on. This was the day following the 15th that cindy had the fight.with Casey, So your scenerio doesn't fly.

I dont believe George ever saw Casey & Caylee that day, that was a lie he told to cover up the fact that Casey& Caylee left the house the night of the 15th after the fight. Cindy called Caseys cell at 7am the morning of the 16th, the call was made from the Anthony's home phone. Why would she be phoning Casey if she was there in her bedroom? Cindy wanted that fight covered up and G's recall of that day is far too detailed for what you would recall on any ordinary day. Listen to police interview.

The only way George could have actually seen them leave the house in the AM on the 16th is for Casey to have returned to the house after the 7am cell call at 7am of the 16th. She returned to get those backpacks fulll of stuff. Then upon leaving again, George spotted them.

It isn't just all about Cindy. It's about everyone in the A's except Caylee. Why would Cindy write suicide notes in July & August while at the same time claiming along with George that Caylee was still alive?

The way Cindy acted during those 31 days points to Cindy having known that Caylee was already dead. She was choking Casey on 6/15. Could this be becaause Cindy knew riight then that Casey killed Caylee. Could it be they both medicated her with illegal medication...... without knowing the other had medicated and when they realized it, there was a fight! .....and a plot...And that is why Casey acted as she did in those 31 days. and that's also why Cindy acted as she did in those 31 days.????

Such a sick game these people play with one another, and now with all of us.

Good point about the timing, but I believe they would have scrubbed the car clean much earlier and not let it be found in the parking lot. The abandoned car says that Casey was acting without G&C's knowledge. On the other hand the "staged" 911 calls could have been a deliberate coverup once they realized that an outsider had smelled that smell in the car (hence the deliberate mentioning of "smells like there's been a dead body in the damned car"). They were covering their (and KC's) tracks.

Yet she was taking world tours claiming Caylee was alive in JULY and AUGUST...

I question if she believed she was alive, why would she be writing suicide letters during them months...

Agreed. Her admission of writing suicide notes in my estimation was just another attempt at super-manipulating her daughter to tell the truth. Mo Drama!!! Cindy herself, is WAY TOO narcissistic to off herself. NOPE when KC wasn't budged by her parents screaming interrogations, physical assaults, begging and pleading, soft, cradling or suicide threats, the A's hopped on board the KC train to nowhere. I think you're right on with revenge...Casey taunted Cindy with her posts on myspace. the pic of the little girl with the hanging teddy bear, and the everyone lies and everyone dies poem. Cindy didn't call the police sooner because it might have meant she would learn the truth sooner and we all know these people hate truth. Cindy knew the moment she smelled that trunk.....
