Rockefeller is an outspoken opponent to freedom of expression, he hates the internet, and also apparently FOX & MSNBC, if he had his way, the government would have the power to say what you can and cannot say on the internet / radio / tv.
i agree that it is totally ridiculous to equate what fox does w/ what msnbc does. BUT, i think that if you even purport to be a news agency, there has to be a code of ethics that is followed and there needs to be severe and loud consequences if they are broken - such as the withdrawal of the right to call yourself a news agency. i don't think that the american people have come to terms w/ how very dangerous what fox is doing can be for the future of this country.
