I've found some sort of lead to the name of the song in this video. There is a group called AUN J-Classic Orchestra and they have a song called Sunset. It is a more relaxing version of this song, but I cannot for the life of me find THIS version.

jcgm90, are you planning to go to college? Look into studying abroad. Almost all universities have sister schools in Japan. Studying abroad usually costs around the same as in-state tuition and there are scholarships. Also look into the JET program after you get your degree.  They pay you to live in Japan to teach English.
