I mean the one released in 1997 and believe it or not people still play it online but only 100 or so. which surprises me because its got to be one of the best rts games on pc in that gen . thumbs up so people can see this
The problem is, it became something else. They should have just made it carbon copy. 99% of all additional units after the 2 cavedog expansions suck. All TA needed was better pathfinding, true OpenGL or D3D support and maybe a few nice things like weather effects and pixel shading. A good zoom ability. Thats all.
This is totally something else. I'd much rather play TA than this.
One question how can you have so many fps with a situation like that there will be about 1000 units and you got only a little lag, if i try to make a thing like that even against AI i got only 0.5 fps. it is so bad to don't be able to make epic battles like that :(
is this a mod or what?

It'd be a lot more efficent if you didn't have 100000s of units trying to get through a narrow gap

Yeah, My mistake there.
I was actually still making units when they suddenly decided to attack, but they didn't know how many I had.
I guess they hoped their few powerful units would suffice.
Didn't notice how many was stuck there before I started assaulting their base.
