This is a very simple story. Magnitsky not a lawyer, he was an auditor. He is a thief. Magnitsky use disabled to avoid paying taxes. Magnitsky in jail 12 months, including 9 months in the same place where he was Khodorkovsky (vip-block to the oligarchs). 70 days he sat in the camera. Before his death 38 days he lay in the prison hospital. Magnitsky died of heart failure, because He had diabetes and hepatitis. Diabetes and hepatitis destroyed heart tissue.

Magnitsky not pay taxes, so tremnye hospitals in Russia are bad. He was in such bad prison hospital, and doctors could not determine that he had a bad heart. Whose fault is that it happened? Power, or those who refused to pay taxes? You decide.

This is a terrible and terrifying story. I am only glad that so many people have taken up the cause of fighting for justice and against the malevolent immoral actions of Russian officials and their criminal associates. The death of this brave man must not have been in vain. May it be a turning point in Russian society and politics.
