I wouldn't say arca cars are faster than cup everywhere.. They are faster than nationwide and truck. Basically ARCA is the old cup cars. Thats and easy way to explain it. I do not follow ARCA like I follow cup, nationwide or truck but the arca cars have the same wheel base as the old cup cars, 110 inches, and they have nearly the same horse power. If I had to make an educated guess id say around 830. But the ARCA series has an rpm limit around 8800 so they don't get to use all the hp available.
@eclipse3248 I volunteer in an ARCA shop...they use restrictor plates...and most ARCA engines make over 800hp before the plate is put in...might want to get your facts straight...
@eclipse3248 ARCA cars are faster than the cup cars almost everywhere. Just due to the fact ARCA has less regulations on engines and aero plays more effect on the "twisted sister" cars than the COT's. Both ARCA and sprint cup cars only have between 450-500 HP with the plates on. I've driven both on multiple occasions. You might want to get your facts straight before you make assumptions.
