@zampirez23 It's a cream liner. It can be used to line the eyes, but that particular style of cream liner can be applied as a base as well. It's pretty comparable to Blackground paint pot by MAC.

In my opinion the only difference between your look and the video's is that it looks a little more purple than the really light blues she was wearing. To be totally honest though yours looks TONS better than in the video! It also is just a really good look for you because your eyes look beautiful! as always i luv this look (lol no surprise ther) n btw ur cheekkbones look great they actually look better than ny models these days (especially on the runway). sure they may hav the high cheekbones that erybody wnts bt for wut?: faces that r skinny n angular almost 2 the point of masculinity. a nice rounded face like urs maintains the soft lines that portray beauty. this is mi opinion n im stickin 2 it. u even hav dimples!! :) (which im jealous of lol)

A really great tip is to do the lower lashes first. 'Cause if you do the upper ones first and they're not compleatly dry they might smudge of on the eyelids when you're doing the lower lashes.
