ABOUT BELGIAN SOLDIERS KILLED IN RWANDA: Belgium is divided in 2 ethnic groups: Wallens and Flamish. Everybody who studied WWI aftermath among Belgian troops knows that the Wallen Officers who held power at that time delivered orders in French, a language that Flamish from peasantry extraction didn't understand. So when it came to retreat the Flamish kept fighting alone and were just killed. The Flamish never forgot the lesson. Now only Wallen soldiers got killed. A RANDOM ?

UNAMIR asked for the U.S. jamming capabilities and were turned down because, according to the U.S. report, it would cost ~$50,000 a day to operate (fuel the jamming plane, etc.). That request came very early. And from UNAMIR itself, well before this guy asked for it
