When you do that really amazing bend at 2:50.... do you hold your breath? Perhaps if you practiced breath holding (or trying to hold with not much air in your lungs) you could hold that bend a little longer?
Heeey You have the coolest body! Amazing video. Can you do a video where you your head on the floor and in a frontbend position with your legs in a split? I saw you do that facing the camera but it was hard to see how far forward you can push your legs. Its amazing you can do all this cool stuff and make it look easy! Keep up the good work, Hampus
