I paid up to go on a Tigrent UK RDPD course in 2010 and was cancelled 3 times; this was after having arranged, time off, childcare, flights and accommodation to three different UK destinations. Whilst I appreciate these things can be hard to arrange, such a consistent lack of customer care, is abhorrent. To date despite repeated complaints being made to Tigrent and RDPD, no one has offered me compensation for my costs. They will be happy to take your money though;I'm still waiting for a course.
