Not if the creature is indestructible. A indestructible creature can still be put into the graveyard if you make it's toughness 0 through -1 counters. But for every other creature it wouldn't matter hence the name Overkill.
Its nice, I think I would like it more if you made it cost a BU and has to be blocked by 2 creatures... hmm, maybe not, or make it a legend and make it more powerful, or dont change anything, I like it how it is.

Actually, the Wither would cancel out the Deathtouch.
The rule of Wither is that "instead" of dealing damage, place that many -1/-1 counters on it, so damage is never technically dealt.
Deathtouch says that any creature that is dealt damage by a source with Deathtouch is destroyed as a State-Based Action (SBA).
Since damage is never dealt, Deathtouch would never get to activate.
So Deathtouch is rendered useless by Wither.
