Does dhalsim's normal not kill when someone does a focus through it and they are low on health (at 2:31)? I just started picking up sim and I saw this happen a few times to me and I expected to get the win even after a focus.

Very nice sim...great defensive game. Sagat's tiger just goes off too fast for sim's defensive/pressure strat to work.
Bad matchup in this case, but a great fight.

He failed the teleport after the ultra. He ended up doing a grounded teleport...hate when that happens.
