@UndeadSoldier32 try only playing the bottom 3 strings of each cord and use your 1st finger to bar where the capo should be. its how i learned it and it works very nicely. so for example, use your 1st finger to bar the 6th fret of the E, B and G strings for the Em cord, then to make the C cord, you just use your second finger on the B string on the 7th fret. If this doesn't make sense to you or you want me to explain it in a different way just ask.

I actually think the use of the kapo for songs that don't necessarily require it, is a good way for people to get the rhythm of the songs down and learn the general tune and how it sounds on the guitar down quicker. That way whomever is watching these videos can build upon what they learned from these videos and play more complex versions. Just my opinion. xP

No, Actually most people prefer playing "Float on" without a capo and just playing all the chords on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd frets.

How do you go about doing the chop followed by quick upstroke quickly? It seems really awkward. I tried practicing it slowly to get the technique down, but it's still not comfortable....is it just sheer practice or what? When I mute the strings should the pick be below the high E string so the upstroke can be done quicker?
