Sometimes in collaboration with Aaron Zigman, who I believe produced The Jetts (You've Got It All, et al)...Their partnership was called Zigman/Knight Productions...They did some great stuff...This is one of my all time favorite boogie songs...It's seriousssss!

Yes. He was the co-writer, producer and lead singer for Raydio, before they became Ray Parker Jr and Raydio. Good talent but had no luck as a solo performer.

Definitely Cameo influenced. This song has elements of Be Yourself. Sounds like it was released around the same time that Be Yourself was released...early summer 1982.
