One of my favourite songs. One correction though, which is best summed up in the words / lyrics of Warren Zevon: "Albert Einstein was a ladies man . . . ". Maybe Hawkwind confused him for Isaac Newton, whose physics he replaced.
Ten years ago I had a liasion with a physichist colleague of mine, she loved the lyrics of this song :-) And she taught me the that "charm" in Finnish in this context is not "charmi" but "lumo".
When I tell people I'm studying to become an astrophysicist and also listen to rock n roll, I play this song for them.
