Why would someone try to pass a massive beast like that? Elephants are very intelligent and graceful, but if I was out for a stroll and some jerks in a loud machine whizzed around me I would probably knock them out of the way too.

Except that the car being turned over by the elephant is NOT the same car appearing behind the elephant in the first pic. The second car is a VW while the other one seems to be of a different make. The front doesn't look like a VW that I've seen before. Also, the second pic shows a car going in the opposite direction.Sure, the elephant could've gotten pissed off by the car but I don't think it's because the car was trying to pass it. This is edited to match the title.
